We take the security of our website, our apps and the data they process seriously. This page summarises the practices we follow.
Our website and the apps we build use HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between the client and our servers or our clients' servers.
Access to production systems and client data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, using individual credentials.
We monitor for unusual activity and crash reports across the apps we operate, and review error and analytics dashboards as part of our post-launch process.
Where we rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics or advertising providers, we select vendors that maintain their own security and privacy commitments, and we limit the data shared with each to what is necessary.
In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain and, where required by law, notify affected users and relevant authorities.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our website or one of our apps, please email info@atclogisticalsolutions.online with details so we can investigate.
We do not currently claim any specific security certification (such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2); this page describes our operating practices, not a certified standard.
